Job Description : Join the vibrant TOV team as a Senior UX Designer! This position will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and functional designs for our online furniture platform. As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to design exceptional user experiences that align with our brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the user experience.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows and design concepts.
  • Create prototypes and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and gather insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated with UX trends and best practices to ensure our platform remains innovative and user-centric.
  • Maintain a consistent design language and contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards.
  • Analyze drop-off points in key user flows (homepage → product page → cart → checkout) and redesign for higher completion rates.
  • Prioritize mobile UX design improvements, ensuring fast load times, thumb-friendly interactions, and clean visual hierarchy.
  • Regularly review session recordings to catch edge cases, rage clicks, dead zones, and unexpected user behavior.
  • Manage junior designers.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
  • Experience working in e-commerce or furniture-related industries is a plus.
