#EastBoston We are seeking compassionate and reliable PCA's to provide grocery shopping and escort our participants to appointments. Position Overview: You will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our participants, ensuring their well-being while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. This role offers guaranteed weekly hours and compensation for availability, regardless of shift assignments. Responsibilities:

Grocery visits- you will be grocery shopping for our participants and delivering them to their homes.
Escort visits- you will be accompanying our participant's to any appointment they may have.
Document all incidents, injuries, or changes in participants' conditions and communicate them to your supervisor.
Respond promptly in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an PCA.
Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Current BLS/CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
Must pass a criminal background check, physical
Smartphone and email access for work communications.
