CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is assisting their valued legal client in Garden City with their search for a motivated and dependable Office Assistant to join their growing firm!

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
• Perform scanning, data entry, mailing, file management tasks, record management, light phone work.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Maintain a high level of organization and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting clients as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, helpful, and customer service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines.
• Dependable team player with a collaborative approach.
• Clear diction and a pleasant speaking voice.
• Typing proficiency.
