With a focus on storytelling through data, you'll inspire decision-making and innovation, champion the use of insights to optimize our strategies, and communicate Proofpoint's unique value proposition to prospective candidates.** **Your Day-to-Day** **Recruit Strategically** **: Build collaborative partnerships with the business leaders and key stakeholders to develop innovative, cohesive recruitment strategy that aligns with organization strategy, growth priorities and workforce plans** **Collaborate with Leadership** **: Partner with business (Sales) and engineering leaders to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support the achievement of recruiting talent at scale** **Coach and Elevate** **: Inspire, develop, and elevate Talent Acquisition team members by cultivating a BRAVE culture of being bold, collaboration, and drive excellence in execution** **Lead Strategic Business Outcomes: Optimize talent acquisition projects, processes, tools and technology to drive maximum efficiency and effectiveness that result in an amazing experience for candidates and the business** **Enhance Our Brand** **: Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen Proofpoint's employer brand across the region.** **Lead with Analytics** **: Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and measure effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
