Job Description

Are you passionate about adult learning and skilled in coaching others to succeed? We are seeking a Corporate Trainer with a strong background in travel or customer service to lead training initiatives for new and experienced consultants. This role is critical in ensuring top-tier performance, quality, and service from contact center associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for new consultants with no prior industry experience.
  • Deliver upskilling programs for experienced staff to enhance technical abilities, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Support structured onboarding and promote a strong cultural connection for new hires.
  • Evaluate learner performance through assessments, simulations, and feedback, maintaining clear documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address training participant issues or behavior concerns.
  • Create and update training content: presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and assessments.
  • Maintain real-time tools and resources to support consultant productivity.
  • Gather feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • Model professional behavior and uphold standards in quality, accuracy, and service.
  • Perform administrative duties related to training, onboarding, and offboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Education: College coursework or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a corporate training role OR strong performance as a travel consultant with coaching experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in corporate travel preferred; understanding of world geography required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and learning management systems. Experience with GDS and contact center tools is highly desirable.
  • Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to coach and lead others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident and adaptable presenter able to tailor delivery to different learning styles.
