About the role:

We’re looking for an intermediate to senior designer with focus on UX UI Design. This role requires experience working with fortune 100 companies, creating best in class mobile apps, and web channel experiences. In this role you will create incredible experiences, guiding users through product’s interface using engaging interactive elements, and captivating visuals. You will be collaborating to define goals, project activities and timelines, researching latest trends and best-in-class designs, creating assets such as vision concept, high fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and occasional production assets. With a love for creativity and craft, you should also have a passion for design systems, with a proven track record in defining, enhancing and rolling out ground-breaking experience designs. The ability to be creative, efficient, and work to a process in order to get the most out of challenging deadlines is another important skill.

Core Skills:

• 5+ years in design, with digital consultancy/agency experience, working with top brands
• Create contemporary, engaging designs for top brands
• Experience designing mobile apps and responsive web
• Proficiency in Design Tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• UI/UX Design Expertise : Strong understanding of UI principles and UX design methodologies
• Wireframes and Prototypes : Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Design Systems Knowledge : Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)
• Visual Design Fundamentals : Understanding of Typography, Color Theory, and Visual Hierarchy
• Accessibility : Experience in Accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
• User Research and Testing : Conducting User Research, A/B Testing, and Persona Development
• Interaction Design : Interaction design and motion prototyping using tools like Framer and Principle
• Responsive Design : Expertise in responsive and adaptive design
• Business Requirements Translation : Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive UI

Tools Performance:

• Design Tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Collaboration Tools : Miro, FigJam for collaboration
• Developer Handoff : Zeplin for developer handoff
• Usability Testing Tools : Heatmaps & usability testing tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Maze

Soft Skills:

• User Empathy : Strong user empathy and ability to advocate for UX
• Collaboration : Collaboration with developers and product managers
• Feedback Iteration : Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback

This will be a hybrid in the Atlanta GA Area.

The pay range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
