Technical Project Manager 3 – Planning and Reporting

Location: Richland Duty Station (LANL Remote Location)

Join COMPA Industries in supporting the ALDPI/Planning and Reporting group at Los Alamos National Laboratory. As a Technical Project Manager 3 (TPM 3), you will help ensure the timely execution of complex, high-impact technical and operational projects critical to national security and energy infrastructure. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment solving mission-critical challenges while working with some of the top minds in science and engineering.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and complete technical or operational projects related to Line-Item Projects Project Controls program.

  • Define project deliverables, budgets, and schedules.

  • Oversee planning, tracking, and execution from initiation through completion.

  • Identify technical requirements and deliver tailored products/services to meet customer needs.

  • Maintain or develop cost control, scheduling, and planning processes.

  • Analyze cost trends and provide solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work in secure environments with confidential information (unescorted access not required).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.

  • Experience supporting DOE 413.3B work scope, DOE risk management, and DOE reporting.
