Join COMPA Industries in supporting the ALDPI/Planning and Reporting group at Los Alamos National Laboratory. As a Technical Project Manager 3 (TPM 3), you will help ensure the timely execution of complex, high-impact technical and operational projects critical to national security and energy infrastructure. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment solving mission-critical challenges while working with some of the top minds in science and engineering.
Manage and complete technical or operational projects related to Line-Item Projects Project Controls program.
Define project deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
Oversee planning, tracking, and execution from initiation through completion.
Identify technical requirements and deliver tailored products/services to meet customer needs.
Maintain or develop cost control, scheduling, and planning processes.
Analyze cost trends and provide solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Work in secure environments with confidential information (unescorted access not required).
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
Experience supporting DOE 413.3B work scope, DOE risk management, and DOE reporting.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative cost and schedule solutions.
Proven experience in building relationships and supporting challenging customer interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 8 years of applicable experience.
