Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated social strategies and campaigns that leverage content, influencer partnerships, events, and digital marketing best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and share insights to drive innovation across teams and projects.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic alignment with their goals.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand audience needs, campaign objectives, and messaging strategies, using data to inform decisions.
• Partner with content creators to design impactful, audience-focused content using structured content calendars.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality social media content, including ads and promotions, aligned with client expectations.
• Foster engagement and community growth through strong management practices and active listening on social channels.
• Design and refine paid and organic social campaigns, focusing on optimization and performance improvements.
• Analyze and report on campaign metrics to provide actionable insights, collaborating with senior team members to refine strategies.
• Serve as a trusted resource for social platform expertise, identifying and sharing new opportunities and tools.
• Support the development of operational guidelines, team education, and processes to enhance social media initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $33 - $67 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
