ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Site Merchandiser working onsite in Seattle, WA to support our premier client’s convenience retail team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to execute compelling merchandising campaigns. This is a 3-month contract role that provides hands-on experience with a globally utilized retail program, while offering a unique blend of art and science that sets this position apart.

Responsibilities:

• Build and update planograms to support store resets and renovations.
• Execute merchandising updates, including empty lane reviews and exception request handling.
• Maintain accurate monthly capacity data and ensure timely updates across store locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through weekly syncs to align priorities and task lists.
• Support store resets in both urban and suburban markets, including renovation floor plan updates.
• Perform minor database key updates and swaps as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve merchandising-related errors and inconsistencies.
• Contribute to internal documentation, including writing SOPs and updating merchandising playbooks.
• Assist in fixture and accessory modeling and manage photo documentation for internal reference.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, however extensive experience in the field is greatly appreciated
• Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and to move quickly
• 2-4 years of retail merchandising experience/Experience with JDA required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• High attention to detail, including precise and effective customer communications
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to execute compelling merchandising campaigns
