Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, driven Recruiter to lead the IT business practice. This role is pivotal in managing the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to preparing the candidates and presenting them to the clients. Working closely with the account managers, the ideal candidate will build strong candidate pipelines and support clients in finding the best professionals to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing:

  • Proactively source IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

• Candidate Screening & Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit aligned with client requirements.

• Role Management:

  • Own and manage active requisitions, prioritize pipelines, and maintain regular communication with account managers regarding candidate progress.

• Interview Coordination:

  • Present qualified candidates to account managers and clients; coordinate interviews and gather feedback to manage next steps efficiently.

• Offer Management & Onboarding Support:

  • Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding coordination to ensure smooth transitions for placed candidates.

• Market Awareness:

  • Stay updated on IT hiring trends, in-demand skill sets, and candidate expectations to better position candidates for success.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a background in IT, Business, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT staffing delivery or recruitment, with a proven track record in candidate management and placement.

• Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • o Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
  • o Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• Industry Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the staffing market landscape.
