  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy standards, and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and share expertise across the HRIS function.
  • Support system audits and provide data as needed for regulatory compliance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of progressive HRIS experience, preferably with UKG Pro (including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, LMS, and UTM).
  • Strong working knowledge of UKG Pro’s reporting tools and security model.
  • Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Power BI, Cognos, and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of HCM data structures, integrations, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
