Personal Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. The personal trainer/coach (PT) should establish a 1-1 rapport with the member and help guide the member to improve their health and fitness through demonstrating and guiding the member though exercises tailored to their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness consultations to ensure the member's goals are communicated and fitness level is assessed and sell training packages based on recommendations
• Design workouts with option of utilizing Anytime Fitness Coaching dashboard and AF app, while motivating and leading clients through 1:1 training sessions per clients goals and abilities
• Provide group training utilizing Anytime Fitness Coaching Dashboard for weekly workouts that includes several types of group training
• Track report each member's progress and set calendar appointments based on trainers schedule ( for payment tracking) utilizing Club OS software

Qualifications:

• Current CPR, AED and personal training certification(s) are required as is a current nationally recognized certification such as NASM, ACE or ISSA
• Previous PT experience is preferred in either a fitness facility or private training environment
• Sales experience
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
• Desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of training, overall fitness, health and nutrition
• Hands on training and experience in areas such as Nutrition, weight loss, HIIT, post-rehab, and injury prevention, are a plus
• Previous experience with fitness club management software (Club O/S, Club Ready, apps like My Fitness Pal all a plus)
