Job Description: The Disclosure/Compliance Specialist will follow written procedures to identify and accurately disclose or re-disclose all required information within a compliant time frame for multiple loan types across all states. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review incoming loan files (pre- and post-closing) for compliance and accuracy. Verify fees entered against settlement statements and ensure information is based on provided documentation (purchase contract, mortgage insurance, etc.). Identify and validate changes of circumstances within the allowable time frame. Disclose and re-disclose loans in accordance with state and regulatory rules. Communicate with the loan team to obtain necessary documentation and fees for disclosures. Generate accurate disclosures within mandatory time frames, maintaining company standards for quality and quantity. Assist with the dispositioning of canceled or denied applications. Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting team members and management as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Mortgage industry experience Encompass software experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of integrity and confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr
