Join Our Team as a Wax Specialist at European Wax Center – Murrysville!

If so, we want YOU to join our team at European Wax Center in Murrysville! As a Wax Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, performing full-body waxing services while educating guests on the best skincare products to keep them feeling smooth and glowing.

• Hands-On Training: Didn't do much waxing in beauty school? No problem! We offer an extensive  six-day in-house training that covers everything you need to know about our  exclusive waxing process and product education. We set you up for success from day one!
•   Unlimited Growth Potential: Your  earnings are in your hands!As you progress through our skill levels (Blue, White, Orange, and Red), you can increase your hourly rate significantly, with top-tier Wax Specialists earning  up to $19 more per hour !
•   Supportive Team & Leadership: Your  Center Manager will provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure you maximize your skills, confidence, and earning potential.
•   Fun & Fast-Paced Environment: We love what we do and create a positive, high-energy space where you can thrive.

• Arrive 30 minutes before your first reservation to prep your wax station and review your guest list.
• Use our advanced point-of-sale system to check guest history and tailor their waxing experience.
• Educate guests on waxing routines and recommend pre- and post-wax skincare to enhance results.
• After each service, guide guests to our product wall and demo key items to help them maintain smooth, healthy skin.
• Ensure a seamless hand-off to the Guest Service Associate by booking your guest’s next appointment (because smooth skin is a routine!).

+  A Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist – no prior waxing experience required, just a willingness to learn!
+  An outgoing personality – you love talking to people and making them feel comfortable.
+  Flexible availability – weekends are our busiest times, so we need team members ready to accommodate guest demand.

We believe in  rewarding hard work and skill development. Here’s what you can expect to earn as you grow:

  Starting Rate: $10/hr + tips + commission

  Blue Level (up to 6 weeks post-training): Earn  up to $6 more/hr

  White Level (6-8 weeks in): Earn  up to $15 more/hr

  Orange Level (5 months in): Earn  up to $17 more/hr

  Red Level (1.5 years in): Earn  up to $19 more/hr
