Role Title: Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

This position reports to the Director of Healthcare & Business Analytics.
Role Summary and Responsibilities:
The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will execute a variety of complex analytical exercises to provide operations, quality, medical management, and finance with actionable, high quality quantitative and qualitative insights that drives effective business decision making, enables interpretation and prediction of past, current and future performance, and identifies opportunities to improve patient quality of care. Analyzes the root cause of any identified opportunities and present the story to business decision makers to take appropriate actions using PPTs and dashboards.
