Job Description

The Intern role offers a unique opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world business scenarios. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to various aspects of manufacturing, production, and corporate department functions while contributing to the health and success of our company. Essential job functions include championing Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; researching competitors, industry and market trends; collecting and analyzing data; providing general support such as organizing meetings and managing schedules; interacting with team and external partners; participating in training sessions and workshops; taking part in special projects and ad-hoc tasks; demonstrating regular attendance and timeliness; and working well with others. Specific assignments may include administrative tasks like scheduling and organizing files, finance/accounting support such as preparing financial statements and monitoring expenses, IT assistance including software installation and documentation, and technical support involving troubleshooting and quality assurance. Job qualifications require current enrollment or recent graduation in a related degree program, no previous experience required, strong communication and organizational skills, eagerness to take initiative, ability to work independently and in a team, problem-solving skills, and basic technical and computer skills.
