Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Home-Based Booking Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you'll assist clients in researching and booking travel services such as accommodations, transportation, and excursions.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoys helping others plan memorable travel experiences from the comfort of their own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in booking travel accommodations, including hotels, transportation, and excursions

  • Research destination options and travel services to match client preferences

  • Manage reservations using approved platforms and booking systems

  • Communicate with clients to confirm booking details and provide updates

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions

  • Stay informed on travel trends, policies, and available promotions

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
