In this role, you’ll combine your home care or home health strategic expertise with a passion for mentorship, empowering franchise owners to thrive while advancing Griswold’s mission: empowering the communities we serve, providing independence, and ensuring peace of mind for our clients Location and Flexibility We offer a flexible hybrid work environment for home office employees, requiring 2 office days per week. Your Role As a Franchise Business Coach, you will:
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping franchisees achieve growth in profitability, recruitment, and client satisfaction.
  • Use data-driven insights to track franchise performance and set actionable goals.
  • Lead franchisees in adopting innovative strategies for client acquisition and caregiver retention.
  • Partner with corporate teams to ensure franchisees align with Griswold’s values and brand initiatives.
  • Deliver impactful training and educational programs to franchise owners and staff.
  • Champion the adoption of new tools, marketing resources, and preferred vendor technologies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring franchisees maintain a competitive edge.
Key Outcomes Success in this role means measurable improvements in franchisee KPIs, including revenue growth, caregiver satisfaction, and operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you bring:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
  • Clinical Home Health or Hospice experience a plus.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in home care, home health, or related field.
  • Financial acumen with P&L management expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to leverage analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a passion for empowering others and exceeding expectations.
