Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Project Specialist to join our team. This role will support equipment-related projects and sales operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring seamless coordination from quoting to delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Strong business writing and communication skills
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Background in metal beverage packaging

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and administrative support for equipment quoting and order processing
• Manage sales accounts and foster relationships with both existing and prospective clients
• Assist in the promotion and sale of machinery, parts, and system upgrades
• Prepare detailed proposals and ensure compliance with ISO standards during order processing
• Coordinate project timelines, including assembly and shipping schedules
• Review RFQs and oversee payment tracking and documentation
