Physical Demands:
Sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an grocery store setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight of up to 50lbs; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Utilization of proper PPE when using appliances and equipment. Employees must be able to climb and balance on step stools or ladders, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed. Repetitive arm and hand motions, as well as reaching above shoulders and horizontally to stock and retrieve inventory, are essential.
Working Environment:
Work is performed primarily in a kitchen and grocery store environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
