Leader shall possess the ability to empower employees to provide the maintenance of buildings and grounds, including the functionality of building systems such as; HVAC, air quality, electrical, plumbing, life safety, etc. Leader participates in the planning and development of new facilities and renovation of facilities to meet the overall business strategy of CoxHealth. Leader works closely with consultants and contractors to ensure construction activities are completed on time and within project scope and budget. Leader supports real estate, property leases, facilities project management, and space planning initiatives as needed. Leader is committed to fulfilling the mission of CoxHealth by ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff, and collaborates with various departments to support organizational goals and initiatives. Job Requirements Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Experience Required: At least 5 years’ leadership experience Skills Must be able to work effectively with staff, public and external agencies.
