As a Regional Trainer, you are expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and overall performance of our employees. Your role is integral to the growth and development of our workforce, contributing to the achievement of company goals and objectives. The main purpose of our Regional Trainers is to provide onsite training and development support to daily operations by enhancing the “human”, or “Soft”, skills of our teams.
You will report directly to the Director of Operations or Senior Regional Manager and collaborate closely with various leaders to to execute training initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Training Delivery:
Conduct onsite training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and leads.
Ensure training programs are delivered effectively, engaging participants and promoting active learning.
2.Customization and Adaptation:
Adapt corporate training materials to align with regional and property-specific requirements.
Tailor training sessions to address specific regional/property operational challenges and opportunities.
3.On-the-Ground Support:
Provide hands-on support during and after training sessions to ensure employees can apply learned skills.
Offer training opportunities and mentorship to reinforce training concepts and practices, at least 35 hours onsite with a full 6-7 hours per day.
Provide coverage for shifts as needed per Director of Operations and/or Sr. Regional Manager request.
4.Feedback and Improvement:
Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and regional management to assess training effectiveness.
Relay constructive feedback to the corporate training team to help refine and improve training programs.
Implement improvements and updates to property-specific materials as needed.
5.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress.
Provide regular reports to regional and corporate management on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
6.Collaboration:
Work closely with regional management to identify training needs and priorities.
Collaborate with the corporate training team to ensure alignment with overall training objectives and strategies.

6.New Client Onboarding: Execute and assist the on-site onboarding process for new teams servicing new clients, ensuring the effective implementation of all necessary resources and processes.
7.Train the Trainer Program: Assist the Corporate Training Team in the Train the Trainer program, ensuring concierge leads act as effective onsite trainers.
