We host monthly live trunk shows, limited-edition drops, and deeply engage with our loyal audience through social media, email, and in-person activations.

We’re looking for a creative, emotionally intelligent Social Media & Content Manager to help us grow our online community and bring our soulful jewelry brand to life across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

This is not a behind-the-scenes role. We’re looking for someone who loves being on camera , thrives in creative expression, and is excited to be the face of the brand —hosting behind-the-scenes videos, sharing new arrivals, connecting with our community through stories and Reels, and helping build a movement rooted in authenticity, intention, and style.

You’ll collaborate closely with our founder, photographer, and videographer to plan and execute a consistent content calendar that supports product drops, monthly trunk shows, seasonal campaigns, and community engagement.

Role Description

  • Create original video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) weekly—either in front of the camera or filming/producing it
  • Be a visible face of the brand and help humanize our presence through storytelling and on-camera engagement
  • Write soulful, intentional captions that reflect the Cristy Cali voice and values
  • Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using tools like Meta Business Suite or Later
  • Organize and repurpose assets from our extensive content library (photos, event footage, UGC)
  • Collaborate with our photographer and videographer to plan shoots based on campaign needs
  • Manage DMs, comments, and community responses to nurture loyal relationships
  • Track analytics monthly and report on growth, engagement, and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone with strong creative instincts, a love for storytelling, and the drive to help build something meaningful. You don’t need a degree in marketing—or a million followers. What matters most is your passion, your ability to connect through content, and your willingness to grow with us.

Must-Haves:

  • Experience creating short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories)—either for a brand, personal project, or influencer-style account
  • Light photo/video editing (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, etc.)
  • Confident and charismatic on camera, with a warm, friendly presence
  • Strong writing skills—you know how to write captions that connect and feel real
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok features, trends, and best practices
  • Comfortable using Canva or other lightweight design tools
  • Organized and able to manage a content calendar, even if you're juggling a few things at once
  • A genuine interest in meaningful, intentional branding and community-building

Bonus (but not required):

  • Experience managing a brand or personal account with measurable growth
  • Passion for jewelry, fashion, wellness, spirituality, or storytelling
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, and Slack
  • Bilingual (especially English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
