What You’ll Do: Lead aquaculture research strategy and apply domain knowledge to product development. Collaborate with AI teams to identify real-world applications in disease detection, water quality monitoring, animal feeding, and crop harvesting. Build partnerships with research institutions (e.g., NOAA, USDA, World Aquaculture Society). Guide field pilots with hatcheries, farms, and industry experts. Influence our data strategy and help validate model performance using real-world scenarios. You Might Be a Fit If You Have: MSc or PhD in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Ocean Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience working in hatcheries, farms, or aquaculture research labs. Passion for sustainable food systems and marine innovation. Strong collaboration skills to work with engineers, product leads, and AI researchers.
