As a Business Analytics Consultant Sr. - AML Data Governance within the Independent Risk Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

We are seeking a tech savvy analytical professional to manage and lead a Periodic Source File Review Process on 30+ data sources supporting the BSA/AML Program.

Key Responsibilities:
•\tManage the list of sources, the review schedule, and coordination of subject matter experts to successfully complete the reviews.
•\tLead the creation and maintenance of source file review documentation to support business, audit, and regulatory needs.
•\tProvide regular updates to Leadership Teams and other applicable governing bodies.
•\tSupport Data Quality and Governance initiatives to ensure data lineage and critical data elements are accurately documented.
•\tProvide analytical and documentation support for data control processes to support ongoing data integrity and compliance initiatives.
•\tOther special projects or assigned duties

Qualifications and Skills:
•\tAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
•\tAbility to understand relational databases and technical documentation.
•\tSQL experience is required to view, extract, and compare data as necessary.
•\tProficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•\tExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to bridge technical and business teams.
•\tComfortable working independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•\tKnowledge of data analytics, data quality, data mapping, data governance, and compliance is a plus.

Job Description

• Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
• Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
• Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
• Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
